Delivery times
We ship the product from the warehouse to the customer within 2 to 4 working days.
We ship and sell products all over the world. Under normal circumstances, delivery takes between 10 and 15 working days, depending on the delivery option selected. Orders placed at the weekend are usually packed and shipped the next working day.
If there are delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), e.g. a global pandemic, we will not be liable for any problems caused. Please wait up to 30 working days before contacting customer service about a missing order and use the tracking number provided to track your order.
Products are shipped directly from our partner's warehouse to offer you the best possible prices. We reserve the right to possible errors due to third party logistics. When you make a purchase from us, you accept all the terms and conditions stated on this website. Therefore, we recommend that you contact us in advance if you have any questions about a purchase before you enter into a purchase agreement. For complaints or other inquiries you should always contact us by email.
For all uncollected parcels, we reserve the right to charge you 20 euros for the return and handling costs.

Where is my order located ?
Your order will be shipped from our partner's warehouse within 1 to 3 working days*. We will send you a delivery confirmation email containing your tracking number and shipping details.
If you are still not sure if your package is in order, send us an email and our support team will help you.

Discount codes must be redeemed before completing the purchase. LucieSmile does not accept discount codes after the purchase has been completed.
My package cannot be tracked, what can I do?
After you have received the confirmation email for your shipment, it can take between 1 and 3 working days for the tracking code to become active. If the problem persists, you are welcome to contact us.
